Brazil has remained resilient in the face of the economic meltdown and is an emerging global superpower. Natal, more specifically, is located on the most north eastern tip of Brazil, making it the closest point between the Americas to Europe and Africa. With that in mind, the Brazilian government has begun construction on the soon to be fourth largest airport in the world, and it is only a matter of time before Natal becomes the main transport hub between most of the world.
The Riviera Ponta Negra, will be Natal’s first true 5 star condo-hotel. Located 200 metres from the most famous beach in Natal, the two towers of Riviera will reach 31 stories with only 4 units per floor, providing each unit with 180˚ unobstructed views of the ocean. It also includes all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel like:
-
Swimming pools for adults and children
-
Fitness areas
-
Sauna and Spa facilities
-
24 hour reception and concierge service
-
24 hour security with CCTV
-
Chambermaid service
-
Cleansing and preventative maintenance of common areas
With Natal being one of the 12 cities chosen to host the 2012 FIFA world cup, there will be thousands of tourists looking for accommodation, and with the Riviera Ponta Negra being the only 5-star hotel, there will be no shortage of bookings.
