CANNET is designed to create win-win-win situations between CANREIG, our members and you.  By leveraging our established network of investors, you receive an increased volume of business from our clients requiring your products and or services.  CANREIG builds our network by offering professional referrals and increase contacts within the investing community.  Our members benefit by either receiving valued “perks” and/or discounts when using CANNET.

What is an affiliate program? div1

An affiliate program is a relationship between CANREIG and a service provider, whereby the latter makes its product and services available to CANREIG’s members.   When a member has a specific need, CANREIG will refer the appropriate affiliate to that member.

This is a win-win situation for both CANREIG and the affiliate.  CANREIG members get their needs fulfilled, furthering them in their goals. The affiliate gets additional business and a wider exposure to the marketplace.

How does it work? div1

The prospective affiliate will complete an online or hard copy Affiliate Application, available on the CANREIG website. CANREIG will review the application, as well as the applicant’s credentials and references.  The prospect will be invited for a personal interview.  If CANREIG is satisfied that the prospect qualifies as an affiliate, an Affiliate Agreement will be signed between CANREIG and the affiliate. CANREIG reserves the right to decline any application.

Approved affiliates will be issued a User ID and password.  Members and clients will be able to view their ads on the CANREIG webiste and contact the affiliate directly (note: mortgage brokers and realtors will be referred to via CANREIG).  Affiliates are expected to extend their utmost courtesy to those referrals, and attend to their needs expeditiously. CANREIG will monitor the affiliate’s performance for both quality and timeliness.

Conditions and terms are clearly spelled out in the agreement between CANREIG and the affiliate. The following is a partial list of the conditions.

• CANREIG shall monitor the performance of its affiliates, and reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time due to unsatisfactory performance (whether it is a quality, price or timeliness issue), complaints from members about the affiliate, unethical or unprofessional behavior, or any other reason.

• Spamming is not allowed. CANREIG reserves the right to terminate an affiliate if there is evidence of mass emails originating from the affiliate or his marketing agent.

• CANREIG reserve the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program.
