Can a cancelled member still call in for assistance?
Unfortunately we have a large volume of members that need our assistance and are unable to assist non-members; therefore, if you cancel your membership we will not be able to assist you in having access to privileged information.
How do I use the CANREIG website?

What is the refund policy?
You are able to receive a full refund from the date of purchase up until noon (12pm) the first day of the membership. Please call one of CANREIG’s representatives at 905-272-9600 for cancellation.

May I change the date and/or time of the seminar I originally registered for?
We would be happy to accommodate your request, and as such, we would like you to call us at 905-272-9600 so we can re-schedule and reserve seating for you (and a guest) during the next event. Your original reservation provided to you online will be sufficient for entry. We look forward to your attendance at this upcoming event to provide you with a defined process to enable you to build your own personal wealth.

If you have a complaint about another member please message our admin on www.canreig.com.
Here are the procedures to deal with the most common issues:
1) Accounts that have provocative messages or racist/discriminative use of language or harassments.
- Simply message the admin profile and provide the link and profile name of the member that you have spotted having the above. You will be kept anonymous, so do not worry about your identity.
If you have any other concerns about an account message admin and provide a detailed question and info.
