This level introduces you to the systems that are in place and the logistics of the real estate business.  This level provides an overview on how to get started in locating, analyzing and evaluating properties.  This course must be accompanied by the workbook.

Hawkeye Level II

Expand on your knowledge of locating, analyzing and evaluating.  These are the three areas that you must master in order to advance to further success.  This course covers how to go about finding good deals, the concepts and techniques used to analyze them, and how to evaluate their profit-making potential.

Hawkeye Level III

Learn about applying your knowledge of locating, analyzing and evaluating toward single-family homes, multi-family properties, fixer uppers and lease options.  Learn the secrets to making money from these types of properties.

Hawkeye Level IV

Residential properties can be your cash cow, but don't overlook the potential of commercial properties.  This workshop covers the basics in looking at commercial investment properties.  Find out how to uncover the hidden potential of these properties and maximize your return on investment.

Hawkeye Level VI

Many millionaires have made their money through hotels and hotel development.  Why not you?  This workshop serves as a great foundation for something that could become a life-long adventure.  Learn about area selection, site analysis, feasibility studies, construction, hotel franchising/development and more.

Hawkeye Training - 5 Week Program

This program includes all Hawkeye levels from I to V, in a complete program running five consecutive weeks.  Each level builds on knowledge and skills learned in the previous sessions.
