1.The member must be at least 18 years of age.  Membership is conditional upon acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained in this document.  Canadian Real Estate Investment Group reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification or approval by the members.  Since members are bound by these terms and conditions, and the subsequent amendments, regardless of when they join, it is the members� responsibility to keep current with amendments in the terms and conditions.  Continuation of membership constitutes acceptance of amendments of these terms and conditions.
2.Under no circumstances will Canadian Real Estate Investment group provide access to any third party the personal information and confidentiality of its members and clients in its database.  Canadian Real Estate Investment Group makes every endeavor to secure the personal information and confidentially of our members and clients.  Personal details and profile will only be processed by Canadian Real Estate Investment Group administration on behalf of the client.
3.The member must conduct business legally and ethically.
4.The member is responsible for all training and the Canadian Real Estate Investment Group assumes no liability for misuse or misunderstanding of teachings.
5.Canadian Real Estate Investment Group makes every endeavor to verify and maintain a high standard of quality of our services, but Canadian Real Estate Investment Group does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, or accuracy of Canadian Real Estate Investment Group�s services.  Therefore, the Canadian Real Estate Investment Group makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.  
6.Canadian Real Estate Investment Group reserves the right to terminate membership at their sole discretion, at any time, with or without refund of fees and/or with or without notice.
7.There will be a $25.00 fee for returned cheques, which is the sole responsibility of the member.
8.At no time may the member copy and/or redistribute the materials produced by Canadian Real Estate Investment Group, or legal action will be taken.
9.Members are responsible to pay member prices at all Canadian Real Estate Investment Group functions.
10.Responsibility of Internet Account � the member is responsible for all information or action of his or her Internet account.  At no time is the member permitted to allow another person to use their account.
11. The member agrees that Canadian Real Estate Investment Group and its affiliates are not responsible to members or anyone else for any liability (including negligence) in relation to any loss or damage resulting from any seminars, publications, advertising, e-mails, telephone conversations, or service provided, for any reason whatsoever.
12.These terms and conditions are effective and binding until terminated or amended by the Canadian Real Estate Investment Group, or termination of membership.  Canadian Real Estate Investment Group reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification or approval by the members.
13.Canadian Real Estate Investment Group reserves the right to change the fees without prior notification or approval by the members.
14.The Canadian Real Estate Investment Group reserves the right to terminate membership with or without notice and with or without the reimbursement of fees.
15.These terms and conditions are drafted in accordance with and governed by the laws by the province of Ontario.
