For four months, we'll give you step-by-step help to build your own successful real estate investment portfolio with no money down. Our web mentoring program includes:

Phase One – Starter Kit

Phase 1 overviews the benefits, challenges and limitations of a real estate Investing.  This introductory phase lays the foundation for subsequent phases by detailing your goals & responsibilities, how the marketplace operates and what principles impact value, along with in-depth guide to real estate.

Phase Two – Financing & Mortgage Kit

Phase 2 focuses on financial situations, rights and limitations, current mortgage companies and planning processes including your own financial situation.  You will further acquire a solid foundation in learning about brokers, banks, private lenders, agency relationships, and widely-accepted property valuation methods.

Phase Three – Putting your deal together Kit

Phase 3 focuses on building a powerful investment plan – by putting a deal together on a residential freehold, condo, or commercial property - by locating, analyzing & evaluating properties, completing your contract, learning about home inspectors, realtors, brokers, and other professional. Receive assistance in completing your deal, going over the important conditions and clauses.

Phase Four – Closing Kit

Receive a review of the outcomes, provide feedback as to how the program was, and plan for your next moves.  Clarify any questions or concerns about what you have learned so far in the mentorship program and the four phases.

On-Line Support:

• Intense, personal, hands on mentorship and practical training with a Certified Mentor via email.

• One hour a day you will have access and support to our professional mentor who will assist you live with your investment portfolio and mentorship queries.

Email Support

• Email support in terms of agreements, financing, business services, packages, and questions.

Phone Support

• Once a week for half an hour you will have access to getting your real estate questions answered, support in completing your contract and deals, and assistance in completing your phase kit.

Notes

• On-line learning access begins on the course start date and ends on the initially scheduled final month.

• Includes four packages that will be sent electronically one week prior to completing the first package. Part of your package also includes phone, on-line, and email support to all of your endeavours pertaining to real estate.
