Order Process B1
How do I place an order? When you have completely finished your entire shopping, click "checkout" to place your order. If you wish not to order all of the items in your shopping cart, simply edit your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout.
During your checkout, you will be asked to provide the following:
- Your credit card billing address.
- Your preferred shipping method.
- The address you want to ship to.
- Your e-mail address.
- Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
Can I change my order during checkout? Yes you can. The "order page" lists your order information and gives you another opportunity to make alterations. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click the "submit button."
How can I be sure that my order has been received? Once you "submit your order" on the final review page, CANREIG will give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately one business day.
Are there other ways to place my order? Yes. If you prefer not to order online, you may download an order form and call us with your information at 905-272-9600. You can also fax your completed order form to us at 905-272-9200, or send it via Canada Post to:

Payment and Billing
What forms of payment does CANREIG accept online? The following forms of payment are accepted by CANREIG:
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Visa
- Certified cheque / bank draft,
- Interac/Debit or Cash in Person
What if I don't have any credit cards? You can still order our products, download CANREIG's order form, complete it and mail it to CANREIG, along with a check or monery order for your purchase.
Shipping and Handling Shipping & Handling Costs Large products: $19.98 Small packages: $9.98 *Delivery from the time package leaves our Headoffice. For weekday (Monday-Friday) overnight delivery, orders must be received by 3PM EST, and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained.
Order Status and Tracking
How do I know if my order has been shipped? Two emails will be sent right after you have placed your order form and provided CANREIG with a valid e-mail address. The first email is a confirmation that your order has been received including a confirmation number, which should be received approximately 24 hours. The second email will ensure that the order has been successfully processed and it’s ready to ship.
Sales Tax The tax is a 5% charge (previously 6% before January 1, 2008) on the sale of all goods and services, except certain essentials such as groceries, residential rent, and medical services, and services such as financial services. The tax is levied on each sale.
